You are way too squeamish. I watch the Herons every day with morbid fascination! I always root for the Heron - those frogs are so large they frighten the dogs......and me. Until I bumped into one of these giant frogs late one rainy night in the yard I thought I was fearless. These things are like bowling balls sitting in the grass - I nearly broke my toe tripping on one!
